Noel Buttigieg-Scicluna….. is a lawyer by profession…..However, he spent most of his life in politics and in diplomacy. He was for some time a Member of Parliament and for many years Head of the International Bureau of his party.
 
He moved to diplomacy on leaving politics and spent a total of 22 years representing his country both at bilateral and at multilateral levels.
 
He retired from diplomacy and returned back to Malta three years ago and has now re entered the legal profession.
